We are a boutique, franchise finance loan broker headquartered in NJ. Linsky Capital was formed to ensure our clients get the benefit of access to multiple lenders to meet their specific financing needs, regardless of type, concept, or size...rather than being limited to one bank. With 25+ years of franchise finance expertise, we advise our clients and secure the most competitive terms in the marketplace. We have developed strong relationships with 50+ reputable lenders including conventional, SBA, equipment finance companies, and private equity funds.
WHAT WE DO
We obtain a deep understanding of your current business and existing debt structure, as well as upcoming financial needs. Upon receiving a financial package, we analyze the status and overall health of your company. Based on your goals, we determine which lender(s) would be the best fit, secure a loan proposal from them, and negotiate their terms. We guide our clients throughout the entire lending process until final funding, often at little to no extra cost to the client.
